Preheat the oven to 160C Grease a 9" square baking tin (thin metal) |

200 g Butter 250 g Sugar 80 g Cocoa 1/4 tsp Salt |
Melt butter, sugar, cocoa and salt in double boiler heat until the butter just melts stir until dry ingredients are mixed in |
1/2 tsp Vanilla 2 Eggs |
Stir in eggs and vanilla |
85 g Flour 2 tsp Baking powder |
Add flour + baking soda Put into the baking tin Cook for 20-30 mins |
